AFTER THE STORM-ING: French Consul-General Alexandre Garcia hosted National Day celebrations Thursday. It was a farewell for him as he’ll be posted to Paris next month. Also for his Selkirk-off-54th official residence, now sold in an economy drive that may help fund a Calgary consulate which would address French settlement and investment gains in Western Canada.
