Do converse low tops with a frog design on them exist?
If they do, can you add a link to the picture?
If they don’t, is there a place where you can make your own with frogs on them?
If they don’t, they should.

Unfortunately they only allow you to choose colours and place your ID on the shoes. I’m sure you could transfer frog images using something as simple as iron on paper or a stencil and fabric paint.
You can even use fabric pens. Draw the outline in pencil then just fill it in (make sure you use water-fast ink). You could even do stitching around the outline, giving it a more professional finish.
Otherwise, you can pay for them to be airbrushed (some tattoo shops will even do this for you if you ask).
