What bed comforter would look good with light green walls?
What about a coral/peach color on the walls?
and what stores do you think sell good comforters/duvet covers?

Our bedrooms walls are sage green and our bedding is light blue/ white/sage green quilt. It looks great.
Try to find complimentary colors to your wall color. Personally I wouldn’t want a room with only one color but colors that go together well. There are paint color matching sites that can help you with finding those complementary colors.
