Design Development Associates

Web design degree question!?
Ok…so this year I will be going to get my web design associates degree at Texas State Technical College-Waco. After I get my degree in 2010, I plan on going to get my bachelor’s degree. I starting looking into universities and I noticed that most of them in Texas only has either Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Computer Graphics Design. The only colleges I see that have Web Design or Web Development are the colleges like ITT Tech. I don’t want to go to a college like that. I want to go to a Texas University (really have no preference where). So what should I do? Will an associates degree be enough to get a job and get paid good? Or should I get a Bachelor’s degree in either Comp. Science, Comp Info Sys, or Comp Graphics Design. If I get either of those could I still get a web design job since I have the associates in web design already? Please help me!
Try looking at the Art Institute. I looked and there is one in Dallas and Houston.
The Art Institute of Dallas
8080 Park Lane, Suite 100
Dallas, TX 75231-5993
The Art Institute of Houston

I’m sure there are others just do a search under web design schools, graphic design schools, etc…
Good luck.
