1. Probably Houston for jobs. Dallas is full of people needing employment.
2. Dallas has the NASHER, 7 major cities across the world wanted that art. But the collection stayed in Dallas. The Dallas Museum of Art, Trammell Crow Asian Art Museum.
3. Dallas has a few TV Stations, Also has the Studios at Los Colinas.
4. Dallas has a lot of festivities, As for CULTURAL?? Russian, Nordic, Slovak, Japanese, Chinese, etc is left out everywhere.
5. Dallas has many nightclubs here and there. Probably about 40? As for a Diversity? I haven’t seen a good Jamaican, Scottish, Italian or Japanese theme with live entertainment yet.
