Design Fair
I need an artsy type of design project for science fair!?
Any ideas??
I’m not really into all those mechanical stuff,
but i’d like to design something,
and im more of an artsy type of person,
also i need this to be at least grade 11 level!
so if you guys had any really awesome ideas, that would be great

how about a pendulum and sand artsy thing. hang a HEAVY ball from a string over a pan of fine sand. put a pencil or someting at the end of the weight. pull the pendulum back and give it a small push to the right. it will make a design in the sand. you can discuss energy, periodic motion, friction, and others. to take it a step further, have the pendulum pivot at two or three points, and investigate those patterns
