How to design a dead fairy costume?
right, im 14 and for halloween i want to go as a kind of dead/gothic fairy.
So i thought, maybe a black tutu- black tights, leg warmers and black fairy wings?
i havnt got a lot of money so yeah.
What else could i maybe use or wear?
Also my budgets about £15- £20 :$
