Where can I find a graphic design internship for my husband in Los Angeles?
He is about to finish his Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design here in Chicago, and we are moving to Los Angeles in the fall. Where can I find an internship at a reputable company in L.A. or nearby?
Craigslist: losangeles.craigslist.org – under art/media/design jobs, or creative gigs. – there are a lot of good job listings in los angeles, but sometimes it can be a crapshoot.
creativehotlist.com – a little more official and often more reputable companies. Although many good companies list on craigslist.
I would suggest emailing everyone and anyone looking for an internship or a junior design position – he might surprise himself with an actual job.

you could also try creative staffing places like creativecircle.com and artisan. they are selective in who they represent, but worth a try.
