Design Master Spray Paint

I want to spray paint some dresser drawers, a laminated wood stand & a plastic stand? help?
will this work? I have Design Master flat black spray paint http://www.createforless.com/Design+Master+Colortool+Paint+Flat+Black+12+oz/pid14379.aspx?utm_source=googlebase&utm_medium=cse
it says it works on plastic and wood, so Im assuming that it can be used on (what I think is) laminated wood…its like MDF sort of, but has a plastic-looking surface. would I need to sand any of it first? the drawers are painted with flat paint.
and the drawers have a lot of detail..will it collect in the corners or will it be fine?

all of the surfaces are white by the way.
thanks a bunch!

.
also, do I need to seal it with anything? from what the spray paint says I dont need to do anything but paint it. I dont need it to look fancy or anything ,just be black.

I had a bedroom set similar to the picture, I used Krylon spray paint for plastic and it held up well. I took the pieces outside and turned them upside down, as the tops were wood and I liked that. Sprayed very light coats because if I did it heavy the paint did pool in the detailed parts, I think that I ended up using 3 coats. Be sure to take off the hardware before painting, that way you dont have to worry about paint on the handles. ~Good luck
