Design Studio Software
Does anyone recommend a good proofing system/software that works well for graphic design clients?
I own a design studio and would like to provide an easy proofing system for my clients. I dont have the big bucks to spend on pricey online systems or expensive software, but something reasonable and easy for my clients to use.

The best way is to just send them a PDF of the finished product. (make sure your software can embed the fonts) If you mean proofing for typos and stuff like that, be sure that YOU proof it well before even sending it to them. I’ve noticed clients will look at the overall design and want a shade of green 5% lighter, but won’t catch something like a bad phone number. Also, you will have problems here and there with clients that can’t understand that the color might be slightly different due to how their screen settings are versus how it is being printed, but that can’t be avoided.
PS- I thought by you asking a question like that, your website/design stuff would be cheesy and unprofessional, but I checked it out and you do some really nice work!
