What is the validation rule in Ms access?
for Must start with uppercase (follow by space, hyphen or letters)

Validation allows the person who is creating an access database to add rules to the user input so they don’t accidentally break the program.
A good database will have an awfull lot of validation in it so that the end user can’t say put his address in a text box that is meant for his phone number.
There are loads of websites dedicated to access and tutorials or check validation out in google with the words validation and access.
After re-reading the question i think this would do however it is a long time since i worked with access hope this helps.
