Design Yellow Page Ads
How can I design a page in dreamweaver that looks like yellow legal rule paper ?
I’m making a little ad on a page in dreamweaver: I want it to look like it is hand written on yellow legal rule paper. I don’t know where to start. Anyone know how to or even where I could get a tutorial?
If you have or can use a graphics program, use this image to create a bg legal rule paper uisng the right bg color:

You will have to cut off the left side section to remove the ring-binder part and go to http://GIFWorks.com to remove or make transparent the background.. Set the image to repeat-y; in styling.
