Designer Whey Smoothie
Does using Designer Whey Protein turn pee bright yellow like Gatorade?
Just wondering since I’m using it, only one scoop a day and my pee looks like Gatorade! Is that a normal side effect of using the protein powder? I use Vanilla flavor in strawberry smoothies.
My urine looks almost neon yellow like Gatorade. Could vitamins and supplements like tumeric make it so bright?
It’s not yellower, it’s bright colored
Multivitamins will usually do this. make sure you are consuming ample amounts of water on a daily basis.
