Designer Whey Weight Loss
Weight loss/Muscle gain (Designer Whey Protein)?
Okay so I am trying to lose weight. I am currently 213 and 5 7 in height. Thats a good 70 pounds overweight. Is designer whey protein a good product to buy? I work out intensely 6 days a week, a mixture of cardio and strength training, mostly using my own body weight. Will drinking this protein make me gain weight or muscle? and i don’t want to bulk up. I just want to be toned….some muscle is fine but i dont wan’t to be ripped if you know what i mean. So is designer whey right for me? and im eating six meals a day so if i drink this how often should it be? thank you so much!

How much calories do you take in every day?
If you don’t want to be ripped, use lighter weights with more reps. 6 days a week may be too much.
If you want to lose weight, stop using whey protein and eat 4 meals a day. Count your calories.
For me, I easily lose weight by just not eating breakfast and waking up late.
Replace all your beverages with water and exercise more. Eat less. Sleep less. Do more cardio ~
