IS THERE SOMETHING LIKE A VIRTUAL CAR DESIGNER ? pleaseee read

I would like to design a hot pink convertible toyota echo with a white or black top, silver handles, manual ,with A/C ,power windows ,leather seats and steering wheel ,white exterior mirrors ,really shiny hubcaps ,4 door 5 seater, those whitish blueish head lights, those under the car blue lights black plastic thinger for the front ( no clue what its called it goes by your hood) and an awesome stereo, now point being does anyone know of any online or downloadable programs i can design this car or similar cars . any helps great , thaaanks
Go to the toyota site. They let you “design your own” car, but may not have everything you are looking for. www.toyota.com, shopping tools, build your own.
