Whats the best Computer aided design software(autocad,Solidworks) 2 learn? Do certifications help in employmen?
I am looking to change careers from management to engineering. I have a b.s. in business. I am hoping to learn computer aided design as a way to get my foot in the door somewhere? Do u think this is a good way to do so? Also, what would be the best software to learn? Auto desk and Solidworks have certifications as well as my junior college…would these be of use?
Both are very good but if I have to choose one it will be Solidworks because the demand for designers are at a all time high and they make very good salaries. I graduated with a degree in Engineering. Just simply check out the search engines and use keyword such as Solidworks and you’ll be amazed at how high the demand for designers that know how to use Solidworks.Certifications will indeed get you into the door.
