Graphic design?
Is it a good career path for a woman? Is the job outlook steady? Salary? All of that. I’m considering it for a major.
I think it is the best career path. I am a graphic designer and love what I do. It can be a competitive market. For my first real professional graphic design position, I bartered my service free for one day. The pay was not great, but after getting real experience the pay can be pretty good.
This career path allows you to have the skills for more options too. You can work for a print shop, ad agency or design firm, an in-house marketing, start your own business, or one day if you decide to be a WAHM you have the skills to still make money at home.
