Is it possible to get a half-sleeve tattoo with this current tattoo?

Okay, so recently I began inking, and I’m throwing around the idea of a half-sleeve on my arm. I already have a decent sized tribal on the outward-facing part of my arm, from edge of shoulder to about 4 inches above my forearm. (Essentially this design and placement: http://thumbrella.blogspot.com/2009/09/tribal-guitar-tattoo.html). Will it be possible to do this/will it look good if I decide to?
