Interior Design History
I want to look into interior design as a career?
Ok, so I just graduated from highschool and I’m going to UC Santa Cruz next year, a pretty highly accredited school, problem is is that there are very few majors for me to look into because they are mostly science based and I’m more art based, I’ve always had a passion for interior design and I think I want to make this dream become a reality. But I need some help.
a) I could stay at UCSC and double major or major/minor in sociology and art history and then after I graduate I could go to an art school that specializes in interior design for a year.
b) Transfer to San Jose State Univ and double major in interior and art history.
If there are any designers out there who have any insight, please share, I don’t know anyone personally but this is def a passion of mine that I think I could be good at.
