Kitchen Design Brownstone
Design advice on a small one-bedroom city apartment w/ vaulted ceilings?
I am considering renting an apartment… here are the pros and cons… please let me know your thoughts 
Pros:
- in my ideal neighborhood
- in beautiful, brownstone building that has a great “look and feel” when entering the building
- outdoor fire-escape/balcony out the bedroom window that my cat would love big enough to put a chair and grill on
- laundry in building (big plus in the city)
- south facing, vaulted windows
- newly renovated kitchen and bath
i have two days left to find an apt
Cons
- the living room and bedroom are extremely small rooms and very narrow… each room has a huge, tall window that faces the south, and very high ceilings but it definitely feels narrow… living room only has enough width for a couch and coffee table.
- at limit of budget
