Machine Design Solidworks

SolidWorks users’ computer components…?
I want to build a new box that is able to run SolidWorks (design, rendering, motion and simulation) without getting sluggish with complex assemblies. When I say complex, I’m thinking along the lines of an engine or a small to medium sized machine (not aircraft carrier complex). I will be using Win7 x64. I need recommendations for: 1) processor(s), 2) mainboard, 3) graphics card(s), 4) memory. Please also provide your experience level with SolidWorks and if you are actually using the components recommended. Thanks.
I have two machines I run CFD on them which is way more demanding. Its a dual quad xeon, with 16 Gb and a nvidia quadro fx. I also run smaller cases on an dual i7, with 4 gb of ram and it can handle smaller element sizes.
I think you’ll manage with a i7 processor and 8 gb ram. I would go for a nvidia gpu with at least 1gb of VRAM. Especially if it is SW 09 or 10 beacuse the later releases bog down the computer by quite a bit.
