what’s the best salon for a prom makeover? or you can just reccomend certain makeup and a hairstyle picture?

i need to know the best salon(s) or best artist(s) to do my hair and makeup for prom…
Here’s what i looked like last prom(i’m on the right)(http://i563.photobucket.com/albums/ss73/dlovesd8/150.jpg
and here’s what my dress looks like(its dress number 1491009) http://www.panoply-design.net/2009/collection_s09.html

Basically every salon can do a prom makeover. I wouldn’t necessarily suggest going to one. Salons cost so much for simple tasks.

A simple french manicure could be done for your nails. At a salon, they normally charge $35, on natural nail (without acrylic.) At home, you should buy a kit. I whole-heartily recommend Nailene “Hard & Healthy” french manicure set. This comes with the sticker stencils for the perfect precision.

For hair, I would just do a simple wave look. At a salon, this can cost you $20. At home, it would cost you barely anything, how much of the supplies you have. A wave is so much easier then most people make it out to be. What you do is this:
1. Take a shower
2. Brush through hair
3. Put mousse or gel in your hair
4. Blow dry on high heat
5. Bend head all the way down and starting from the very top of the head, twist hair softly into a twisted pony tail
6. Spray the twisted pony tail with some strong hold spray
7. Clip hair with a very large clip – keeping the hair twisted

For makeup, do a simple smokey eye with nude lips. At a salon, makeup can cost up to $50! At home? Nothing!
Chose from one of these great tutorials:

Good luck!
