What would one do if they wanted to design furniture as a career?
I have been battling whether or not I would like to be an architect or design furniture. I have done quite a bit of research on architecture, but when it comes to my other job option I am lost. I am assuming that I would major in interior design and get some kind of an internship? Any information would be great!
I am with you on this one. I haven’t decided whether I want to do interior design or design furniture. Hell maybe I will do both! But I am enrolled in the Art Institute of Pittsburgh for interior design. I am learning a lot of great programs that are allowing me to design or modify furniture. Maybe you could give this a shot?
