After the fall of Braniff Airlines, a group of motivated employees put their minds together and developed Sun Country Airlines. Braniff could not remain in business, so these die-hard aviation people took it upon themselves to build their own airline. But once again fate stepped in, and the airlines was brought back to life by investors. This award is based on the surveys of those who actually fly the various airways. Customer satisfaction is one of the areas ranked for personal attention and service.
