Design Research Engineering
how can I switch from comp. engineering to biomedical one?
OK. i m just about to complete my bachelor’s of computer engineering. Recently read about biomedical engineering and got really interested in it.
Actually i wish to become such an engineer in this field who can design equipments for benefit of human beings and also contribute to researches where they plan to design new equipments. Can anyone please help me what should i do now to achieve my goal because i kinda feel it’s too late? please know that i know bio only up to the general science level.

Remember that almost all projects are interdisciplinary to some degree. Biomedical engineering is a very diverse field that combines elements of electrical and mechanical engineering with biology and biological sciences to solve primarily medical and biological problems. In other words, the skill sets you’ve developed as a computer engineer should allow you to get a job with a biotech company working on the computer related aspects biomedical projects.
If you want an actual Biomedical Engineering degree, the best plan is still probably to finish your B.S. in Computer Engineering and then attempt to get a graduate degree in BioMed.
