How should I fix my hair with this prom dress?

It’s going to be my Senior Prom, I have blonde hair that’s about 2 inches past my shoulders, with side bangs to the right of my face. how should I get it fixed? I was thinking maybe spiral curls?? whats do you think?
The dress is really pretty and unique, but it is intense. I would do soft curls not spirals, I know it’s prom senior year, but I think doing some really fancy with your hair would be over kill with this dress. maybe something like this? http://redken-uk.com/img/products/model_F2_All_Soft.jpg
